Changes to Working Patterns - Successful Outcome to the Joint TU Dispute

branch-squareAs part of the new contract the council moved from nine to two working patterns and employees should have been assimilated onto the pattern that most closely reflected the working pattern they were on prior to 1 April 2017. However, many members contacted us about their working patterns being changed and UNISON together with Unite and GMB objected to these changed and lodged a dispute.  Please see newletter below for full details.
